As I mentioned in my previous letter to you, these are very exciting times for MobileMD. Our Users' Group meeting, held in Philadelphia on November 5, was a wonderful success. We had tremendous participation from clients spanning the country and representing health systems of all sizes. Our various sessions included dynamic interchange involving all participants. The sessions discussed everything from implementation and operational considerations to new product ideas. MobileMD is extremely fortunate to be the beneficiaries of a very capable, experienced, and professional client base. I can assure all of you – current clients, prospective clients, and interested parties – that we take our clients' input seriously and appreciate the wisdom with which it is offered. I fully anticipate much good will result from our first, very successful, annual Users' Group meeting. In fact, in recent weeks our engineering team has worked successfully to port aspects of our Enterprise Access application to the iPhone and prove out the ability of our HIE to integrate with the NHIN-CONNECT - both important steps forward.

Equally as exciting, I'm pleased to announce MobileMD has taken on a business partner, Health Enterprise Partners ("HEP"). HEP is a New York City-based private equity firm that specializes in healthcare. Their capital investment will enable MobileMD to continue to grow, keeping an eye on innovation, pragmatism, and service. HEP's extensive healthcare domain knowledge also offers MobileMD tremendous opportunity to benefit from invaluable wisdom gained through experience successfully growing healthcare services companies.

As a result of the partnership, MobileMD will no longer be referred to as an  operating division of Intraprise Solutions, Inc.  MobileMD, Inc. is now a separate entity whose sole focus is to provide the best health information exchange technology and services in the market.
